Welcome to Yoga for All

Yoga for All is a Bristol yoga school, set up by Lucy Wells - a qualified instructor passionate about teaching yoga for everyone, no matter your experience and ability.

Yoga for All is a welcome, inclusive and safe space for people to move, stretch and get stronger, but most importantly; have a bit of fun and leave feeling good!

What you can expect

Whatever your level, the classes at Yoga for All are very much experience and thematic driven. They are open to all levels (unless specifically stated) so choose classes depending on how you feel and what you want to get from your practice.

Classes are rooted in ashtanga, vinyasa flow, hatha and yin yoga practices - however with years of personal experience of other disciplines such as Pilates, tai chi and dance, not all lessons will necessarily follow a traditional structure!

Beginners Yoga and Pilates Course

Yoga for All is collaborating with Pilates with Sylvia!

Interested in doing yoga or Pilates... but not sure which one to try?

Why not both?!

Join us for an online, 6-week beginners yoga and Pilates course. Lessons will alternate each week (so Pilates for the first week, then a yoga lesson, then Pilates etc) and have been designed to bring you up to speed with the foundations of each discipline.

You’ll leave the course with a good knowledge of both Pilates and yoga, and feeling much more confident to join a group class.

All are welcome!

Yoga practices inspiring

Yoga for All

Ashtanga yoga - athletic! Ashtanga yoga follows a set routine focusing on linking breath to movement.

Vinyasa flow yoga - dynamic! Moving from one pose to the next to form a sequence, using breath and rarely staying stationary.

Hatha yoga - focused! Holding one pose at a time. The opposite to a vinyasa flow!

Yin yoga - relaxed! Working into the connective tissue (rather than the muscles like the above practices), positions are held for protracted periods.
