Inclusive yoga classes in Bristol for all levels, focusing on fun, movement, and well-being. All classes are suitable for beginners... or for those of you with a bit more experience!

Please bring your own mat. Mats are available to borrow if needed.

Yoga for Jump-starting your Week - a powerful 30 minute online class to start your week off right. Pjs optional.

Monday 7.00-7.30am - ONLINE CLASS

Yoga for Desk Workers - focusing on spine mobility and releasing stressed shoulders, this workout will help you end the working week right.

This is for you if…. You sit at a desk for many hours a week OR you just think your back needs a bit of love ✅

Yoga for a Lunchtime Energy Boost - a strong 45 minute fun practice to get you moving - great if you’ve been sat at a desk all morning!

This is for you if…. You want to feel energised and invigorated

Tuesday, 1.00-1.45pm - Cotham Parish Church Hall, BS6 6DR

Yoga for Blitzing your Core - a short, intense yoga session focusing on working your core. Get ready for the power (half) hour!

This is for you if…. You want to to end the day on a high ✅

Tuesday, 6.30-7.00pm - Cotham Parish Church Hall, BS6 6DR

Yoga for Burnout Recovery - an hours practice of gentle exercise, breath work and meditation to give your body and brain the break that it deserves. Wear warm comfortable clothing.

Yoga for an End of Week Restore - a slower moving 45 minute practice to help to remove the stresses of the week from the brain and body.
